Cultivating Visual Poetry

My practice explores identity, culture and memory through mixed-media art. Drawing from Angolan heritage and personal experiences, I create works that reflect on belonging, representation and the ways culture shapes how we see ourselves and the world around us.

Each work brings together materials, textures and visual language to create layered narratives that invite reflection.

Follow My Artistic Process

Various pieces of fabric, some with geometric patterns in black, red, yellow, and white, laid out on a brown surface with a small paper note labeled 'Tape' at the top.
